Kansas City, Seattle, Denver.  All good examples of teams that look to be “winning the off-season” right now in football.  What is your company or organization doing right at this moment to “Win” the off-season?  It’s not all about the sale, it’s about the product, new developments or research. Sometimes heightened customer service or community involvement.  Really ask yourself, are you winning the off season? The time in between sales? And if not, why not?

In the dating world, if your single or newly broken up.. Are you in the gym? Starting a new hobby?  Have you done anything that you could talk to another human being about in the last 5 days that they would find remotely interesting?

The agents get paid from the phone company that ultimately winds up getting your business and many of these agents will do this service for free.  Don’t fall into the trap of paying for this service because the agent really just wants you to sign up through them. If they charge your business money to do this usually as a “Cost analysis and reduction fee” toss the agent away and find someone who wont do that.  In fact, I can help you find a good agent who has your best interests in mind just let me know.

The costs from operating through an agent are usually less than or equal to going to the phone company themselves.  You might think it’d be higher but, because the phone/cable company doesn’t have to pay an employee, the prices and products are all the same.  Sometimes, like here in Seattle, an employee selling you services for a local cable company can’t actually offer you all the options from the cable company themselves; so they have to make you fit into the box that they can sell, or pass you along and lose the commission.  Meanwhile the agent/agent company can offer you the full suite of products that the cable company has to offer and will truthfully have your best interest in mind!

Why should the customer service I get with a $70/m cellphone bill with sprint be any worse (and it is)  Than when it was $100/m with Verizon Wireless?

difference in network, infrastructure, cost, frequency, coverage are all things i can accept for price differences.  The ability for someone to say I’m sorry we messed up and we still want your business is not an acceptable difference for the dollar.

I’m not terribly satisfied.  I’ve called well over three times and been on the phone for over 20 minutes each time.  The most recent time I called and spoke to a Brittany who informed me that no package was ever sent out because they were waiting on investor approval, I told her the bank was supposed to have sent me the paperwork to send back so that the investors could approve and that was the paperwork I was missing. 

She couldn’t find the information on the package so I had her transfer me to a supervisor who in two seconds located the documents.  He noted that I had been sent paperwork already and I asked him to verify if there was a unit number on the shipped package he said no.  I asked him to keep me on the line, call fed ex, and have them call me when they have successfully updated the documents.  He put me on hold, you would think this would resolve everything right?

Minutes later somehow I was talking to someone in a different department who spoke almost no english and I couldn’t understand at all, one minute later I was disconnected and hung up on by the machine and I have not received a call from fed ex, bank of america, nor received the documents.

I’m starting to think there’s only so much you can influence with patience, legal action just seems required now-a-days.

If a lawyer is reading this and can sue Bank of America and get me my house I’ll pay 10% of the value of whatever they recoup for me.

How is this not resolved yet?  I can’t even get a set of documents…  no wonder only a fraction of the homeowner affordability plan has been utilized.

Bank of America decided to finally send me my documents…  or my condominium complex my documents.

Even though Bank of America technically owns my residence they neglected to include a unit number on my refinance documents.  Fed Ex had my phone number and called to leave a message saying they needed my unit number.

How does this happen?

Either way I called them back to try to locate me.   They couldn’t even find the documents that were to be sent.   Further more a Bank of America associate had called me the day before any documents had attempted to arrive to ask if everything had gone ok and I had asked them to follow-up with me on the following Tuesday and leave a message with a number for me to contact them at.  That would have been exactly a week ago.

Have not heard a thing from Bank of America in fact I tried to call them 3 times last night and just speak to a live person.  the first call I didn’t identify myself and the system hung up on me.  the following calls I pressed all the little buttons they wanted and got transferred around about 100 times and even was on hold at times in order to press more buttons but did not successfully speak to a real live person.

FedEx gave me some number to reference but I have no access to that message and no idea what number it was that they left.  At this point, in dealing with a mortgage refinance in which one way or another I represent 600,000$ in overall revenue and at least 200,000 in profit over the next 30 years you would think that they would treat me as more than just a #.   Afterall I represent a profit of at least 6k per year for no reason other than staying with them as my lender.

All I am is a number bouncing around between two giant companies that don’t have any time or resources for me.  If there are other people who are being treated like I am this is a huge problem as a corporation.  5 of me = a net loss in profits of over a million dollars.
